Flowers,
I am looking for beads that are calibrated according to the actual number of
fluorochromes on their surface or in their matrix ;  that is,  I want to know the number
of fluorochromes on each bead  NOT the MESF equivalent.  I believe that BD PE Quantibrite
beads may be calibrated in this way; are there others out there that give this type of
standardization?
