Dear Flowers, today I ran into this question: On our FACSVantage SE: Can I simply replace the APC (excited by a 647 line) with Alexa660 in a 4 color experiment: GFP- YFP- PerCP- Cy5.5/APC or Alexa660 ? Or should I get Alexa647 instead ? I have the 721/21 filter for the PerCP-Cy5.5 and the GFP/YFP discrimniation filter set.
