how to service a Coherent heat exchanger?

Hi, FLOWers,
we purchased two PolarPure Laser Chillers from Coherent 4 years ago. One 
of them does not start now and when I called the service number from the 
manual it was not a live number. I called different Coherent numbers. They 
bounced me around or never returned my call.

Is there any service available for those heat exchangers in the Boston 
area?
