how are you,

We having AFACSCALIBURE FLOWCYTOMETRE  , and we need TO isolate the stem cells from cord blood , for reseach and culture and injected to patint.

Now how can we use thae flowcytometre mashine  for this purpose and  i know we need to upgrading our mashine and adde the sorting option but i asking about the methodes of application for this purpose, so we need your help and if you have any CD DEMO and any methodes for separation of the stem cell from cord blood and the flow Cytometre application  in the same feild..
