Dear flowers,

i am using FITC conjugated E.coli bugs for standardization of phagocytosis
assay for mouse peritoneal macrophages....for each of the treatment
conditions i ahve been using, i use 4 degree treatment as negative
control...with increase in time and number of bugs i am facing the problem
of shift in 4 degrees control and hence the positive shift gets
narrower...i tried things like...prechilling the negative control plates
before the adition of bugs...but it's of no use.....

could you please help me?....
