Hi cytometrists,

I would like to seek the advice and opinion on Acqusition and/or analysis software other than CellQuest.  I am currently using CellQuest for both of my acquisition and analysis and am generally satisfied.  However, I am not able to overlay images of dot plots in CellQuest.  I would like to explore if there is any other softwares that is as user friendly as CellQuest and allows me to do overlay in dot plots.  The instrument I am working on is a FACS Calibur.
