Hello Flowers
I was curious to find out if anyone has routinely run 7-9 color expts. on a cyan LX. I have been trying to standardize the instrument for 6-7 color use. The following are afew problems i have dealt with
1) The tandems Pecy7, APCcy7 apear in form of a smear or appear as three different populations Negative, dim positive and bright positive along the axis.
2) APC(FL8) bleeds into the apccy7 (FL9).
3) Pecy7 bleeding into FL8(APC) and into FL9 (APCcy7) and FL4(perCP).
It is difficult to set PMT's for the FL5 (PECY7) and the FL9(APCcy7) with unstained cells. If anyone could shed some light on these subjects i would really appreciate it.
