Ed, Of course Cellquest Pro version 5.01 runs natively under OS X. I've been using it for several weeks now and am quite happy with it. There isn't much difference between it and Cellquest but I like being able to use OS X for Flowjo 4.3. I would recommend running it under a high-end Mac with plenty of memory however, because it tends to be cumbersomely slow otherwise.
