Dear Fadia,
We do this in whole blood, by gating on CD45 vs SSC and CD14 vs SSC or 14 vs
45 and combining regions to get  pretty good populations. Use CD14PE and
CD45 PerCP and put you CD25 or other as a FITC. Hope this helps. Judith
