Hi. I would like to post a non flow cytometry question. Neverthless, I hope someone out there can help me. The thing is I am trying to label inactivated bacteria with FITC, to use in an intranasal murine model ( to further analyze lung DC by FC). I do have a protocol to do this, but I wanted to know if is it possible to label the heatinactivated bacteria and then storage them (i.e. at -80ºC) in order to use them for the immunization protocol afterwards, or if, on the other hand it is esential to labell and use them immediately. I will appreciate any help you can provide. Thanks in advance Analía Rial Lab. for Vaccine Research Montevideo, Uruguay
