I work on flow(facscalibular(BD)).I purchased fastimmune
cd4/cd69/cd3,cd8/cd69/cd3,cd2/cd2r,

how i can setup calibreate and optimize my system for acquistion the blood sample
of Thalasamia.

If i work with anti-Ifn-gamma/cd69cd4,ifn-gamma/il-4,how i can set my system.

if anyone work with this mab,plz send me the instruction.
