Immunophenotyping of frozen spleen tissue for Flow analysis

Dear Flowers,

We have a number of frozen peaces of mouse spleen tissues in house.
I was asked, if  one can use these for immunophenotyping (T-cells,
B-cells, etc.) and run them on the flow cytometer.
Is this possible ?
Any suggestions and/or protocols are helpful.
