You can get pretty good discrimination by looking at FSC Int vs SSC Int, and turning up the FSC threshold so it eliminates all debris.  Your doublet population will look like a separate population of higher FSC and SSC (approximately 2x).

Hi fellow flow-ers,

I am wondering if there is a way to identify doublet vs single cell using FSC vs. SSC as a criteria rather than doing pulse/width analysis ?  Any input will be much appreciated.
