The PI fluroscence is being acquired in the log scale. FSC and SSC are in the linear. Right now i am unable to do the dual staining with Annexin. But i would like to know if it is fine if i produce my results only with the PI staining. Also i am not sure if the bottom debris region at the FSC/SSC should be included or not during the analysis.
