happy new year
we are detecting apoptosis by direct TUNEL test and
Fas.L by monocolor method in peripheral blood
mononuclear cells(PBMCs) by Flow cytometry .would you
please answered my questions.

1-for optaining of result in histogram of Fas.L
patient can I result by copy and past in histogram of
healthy control on patient or separatly in histogram
of patient ?

2-in method of TUNEL for detecting of apoptosis in
PBMCs can I result by copy and past in histogram of
healthy control on patient or separatly in histogram
of patient ?

3-during direct TUNEL primary dot plot of DNA width in
x-Axis and DNA area in y-Axis ,which of following
detectors :FSC,SSC,FL1,FL2 or FL3 can I observe ? and
in secondary dot plot of PI in x-Axis and FITC-dUTP in
y--Axis , which of following detectors :
FSC,SSC,FL1,FL2 or FL3 , can I observe?

4-As we know , DNA area is at primary dot plot is in
the y-Axis and DNA width is in x-Axis ; in what basis
do they separate from each other in these cells ?
