NETWORK SALES SPECIALIST (#F3FBE9)
Develop, maintain, and promote Nugenesis Flow Cytometry software sales for
the New Jersey/Boston Territory. Conduct routine calls on existing customer
accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and develop new customer based
leads. Work effectively with regional counterpart (Instrument or Reagent)
and regional field service engineers to identify and qualify sales, while
maintaining customer satisfaction. Provide timely communication and
follow-up to customers ensuring their satisfaction. Provide pertinent
market and competition information to the organization. Attend trade shows,
exhibits, and meetings. A minimum of four years of experience in networking
sales is required. Prior experience in flow cytometry or pharmaceutical
sales is a plus. Working knowledge of complex networks and IT systems is
required. Familiarity with Windows networking and/or experience with
databases, specifically, prior experience with Oracle is a plus. Experience
with organizations operating under GxP rules is preferred. Excellent
interpersonal and presentation skills are a critical. Must possess
effective communication skills, specifically verbal adeptness. The ability
to listen and interact professionally as a sales team member is required.
This position will be based in New Jersey or the Boston area. Position
requires extensive domestic travel. BS in Information Technology is
required.
