Positions Available at Esoterix Esoterix Inc., a fast growing laboratory services organization, has excellent opportunities for employees in our new Clinical Trials Services facility in East Windsor, New Jersey. We are seeking flow cytometrists in the Cell Analysis Laboratory. Available positions for January 2003 include Laboratory Manager and Laboratory Technician. Laboratory Manager-Cell Analysis: The Laboratory Manager will report to the Cell Analysis Laboratory Director and be responsible for supervising the senior technical staff in the daily laboratory operation. Duties also include participation in testing of all clinical trial specimens, data analysis and reporting, validation testing and writing of validation reports, training of laboratory personnel and providing reports of laboratory operations to the laboratory Director. The Laboratory Manager will perform all tasks in accordance with Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) guidelines, established Quality Assurance standards and universal safety precautions. Requirements are a BS degree (M.T. preferred) with a minimum of 5 years experience in flow cytometry. Laboratory Technician-Cell Analysis: Responsible for accessioning, processing and performing all flow cytometric testing required for various biological samples received from clinical trial studies. This position is also responsible for tissue culture, data analysis and general laboratory duties. The Laboratory Technician will perform all tasks according to established QA standards and universal safety precautions. Requirements are BS degree (M.T. preferred), familiarity with computers and good communication skills. Flow cytometry experience is not essential but is preferred.
