 Hi Flowers

Just wondering if anyone has some words of wisdom  on  the pros and cons of
using a clonal cell line with discreet scatter properties as a carrier for
in vivo derived cells:

I'm attempting to get a cells suspension from rabbit aortas and  as there
are relatively few cells in this tissue and a high  cell loss I though this
might be a viable options
