I would appreciate any feedback.

Does anyone have experience using a lysing method that is compatable with a
Vindelov method of preparation for DNA flow analysis?  Has anyone used the
Becton-Dickinson kit "cycletest" with Streck's cytometry lysing reagent?
Has anyone found a method of whole blood/marrow lysing to use with
Krishan's method of DNA preparation?
