Ok, so I was confused on the export data function. I routinely use export on my ANALYZED data, and did not notice the export function in FlowJo for RAW data (Thanks Mario & Adam!) For fairness- I was also advised that this could also be done in FCS express . (I had never heard of looking at data this way so I wasn't quite clear on what they were looking for).
