Dear all, As you can see, I am not really expert on the field of T lymphocyte analysis. Please tell me, what is the universal T lymphocyte markaer (mouse), which would label both resting, primed, CD4 and CD8+ T cells, but not other lymphocytes. Is there any marker to differentiate primed and resting peripheral mouse T lymphocytes ? Do you have experience with CD44 labeling ? What is more, CD44v6 labeling (also mouse) ?
