Silence T cells

Dear All,

We have problems in expanding and/or cloning T cells after IFN-gamma beads
selection. The recovery rate is very low. Most probably it is due to
over-activation of T cells. Does anyone have a protocol on how to dampen T
cell activation  so that they would regain their abilities to proliferate
further?
