Dear All, The question of the detection of Cyclin D1 by flow has been discussed at length in this group during the past year. There are still people asking for a method to detect it. I enclose the method that we currently use in the lab and it is working in our hands. I hope that it will be of help to those of you who are trying to detect Cyclin D1 by flow. Ricardo.
