hi, i'm a complete neophyte so i apologize for having to ask whats probably and obvious question... I know you can fix cells stained for a surface antigen and analyze them at a an indefinate later time, but can you fix cells stained for an intracellular antigen (PCNA) and analyze them later? thanks, --- Seth L.
