Following on from Paul Robinson's message --- if you think Wiley is charging too
much for its books,  write them and tell them so.  Paul Robinson's students
should tell Wiley that they would buy more copies of Howard's book if it were
only less expensive.  If we send that information to Wiley, then Wiley can do
its sums and figure that,  overall,  it would make more money if its prices were
lower......
