dear all, We are trying to label insect cells, which are displaying a lectin on the surface. We would like to use fluorescently labeled carbohydrates (e.g. glycan of ASF) as a probe. Has anybody done FACS analyses with fluorescently labeled carbohydrates (oligosaccharides)? I am worried that unspecific binding will be a major problem. I would appreciate any thoughts on that topic and recommendation on how to label the oligosaccharides. thank you very much. Dominik Stoll
