Dear Flowers, I am trying to label a lectin, which is displayed on the surface of insect cells, using a fluorescently labeled oligosaccharide. The lectin is binding terminal galactose. Two questions: where to get the labeled oligosaccharides and what kind of oligosaccharide should I use, in order to reduce unspecific fluorescence labeling. Thanks in advance. Dominik Stoll
