Flow gurus,

I have Immunocount II flow data generated from an Ortho Cytoron and I am
trying to convert the files to read them in CellQuest. I have ran
FACSConvert but the dot plots are smashed in a small box of a lower left
corner on the dot plot graph (FCS vs. SSC). Histograms look OK, so I think
the conversion went OK.

Has anyone successfully converted Cytoron data to CellQuest format? Am I
doomed to analysis using WinMDI?

Help!
