Dear Fellow Cytometrists,

	I have a well-maintained FACScan (c1994) for sale. It operates on
the upgraded PowerPC platform and has four PMTs. With a reasonable offer, I
will place money in an escrow account to warrantee continued laser life and
operation.
	The instrument resides in Kansas City, Missouri. If anyone has
