Hello, We stain blood cells with a HLA-A2-tetramere. To screen our donors first, we want to stain the blood cells with a antibody against HLA-A2. Exist this antibody anywhere or where can I buy it? I found a HLA-A2/A28 antibody, only. Or does anyone know the distribution of HLA-A28 in the Eurasian population. Perhaps the percentage of HLA-A28 people is very low. Could I use than this Antibody to screen?
