 I have been able to see Alexa350 on a BD LSR running about 15mw on He-Cad
laser. I also routinely run dye on a sorter with 100-150mw UV laser. I find
that dye is quite readily excited with 325 or 350 UV laser and easily
detected. I recommend a 450BP40 filter to detect emmision.
