I just did my first FACS analysis, thanks to many on this group.  I just
tested whole blood (eye bleed) 50ul, stained with CD4PE/CD8FITC and also
CD3PerCp/CD4PE/CD8FITC.  I noticed the CD3PerCp did not go up very high,
but was distinguishable from the unlabeled population.

Can anyone tell me, please, what you normally see as the CD4/CD8 ratio in
naive BALB/c mice from whole blood?  I have no idea what to expect, but
did get very nice separation.  I am so excited, but need to figure out
what I have.
