Hi FLOWers,

In your opinion what is the best serum free media to use for culturing lymphocytes
in. I will be doing intracellular cytokine staining of antigen stimulated lymphocytes
but want to avoid using serum.

Any comments on intracellular cytokine staining methods is also welcome.
