Thank you to everyone who gave us feedback on my post regarding the
autofluorescent cell lines.

Most people suggested to lower the voltage settings - which we tried,
and at ~400 we're still in 2nd log.

Some people suggested the use of a 533/633 nm lasers, which would not
excite flavins, which may be the cause of our problems.

Also some people suggested that they've used these cell lines fine
and I should look into the way they're prepared, which is what I'm
doing right now.
