Dear Flow-ers

I have a researcher about to start a project and is seeking advice. Does
anyone have experience of measuring Ca++ flux on rat pancreatic beta cells
(INS-1) using Fluo 3 and Fura red? Any hints on dye loading, positive
controls etc.
