Is it the general concensus that you <bold><bigger>cannot</bigger></bold>
bill 86359 (T cells, total count) with 86360 (absolute CD4 and CD8 count,
including ratio), or 86361 (absolute CD4)?  In other words, you cannot
bill for the CD3, it is included in 86360 and 86361?  I am trying to
clarify this with those that have experience with these codes.  So far,
response is that 86359 cannot be billed with 86360 or 86361.  Is anyone
billing these codes together?
