Sorting of mouse dendritic cells

Hello all,

Has anyone of you any experince of sorting mouse spleen dendritic cells
(CD11c-expressing)?
I am going to attempt to sort such cells (for T-cell stimulation
experiments), and would like to get some information about possible
pitfalls, etc.

I am especially interested in what pressures and nozzle sizes you have been
using.
