NF kappa B

Thanks to everybody for their replies to my previous query . Does any body know whether there is a Flow technique for measuring activated NF kappa B in endothelial cell lines..e.g whether there is a fluorochrome labelled antibody for same and / or whether there are any validation papers published comparing such a technique to Gel work ( EMSA ).
