Hi flowers, I wish to sort adipose cells from subcutaneous fat samples. I can obtain a single cell suspension and then need to sort this suspension. I then need to extract DNA from these cells for PCR. Is anybody aware of any adipose specific antibodies preferably already conjugated that I can use?.
