Unusual Case

Thank you for your ideas.  I forgot to mention that acute phase serum has
been sent out to check for Bartonella henselae antibodies and a convalescent
sample will be sent later.  Also, the abnormal T cells were negative for CD30
(Ki-1).  We tested cells from a fine needle aspirate sample earlier and two
biopsy samples, and all samples showed this abnormal population.
