Protocol for 'unstimulated' blood monocyte-derived macrophages

I am searching for a good protocol to culture CD68+ macrophages from
relatively pure monocyte populations . The macrophages should be relatively
unactivated. Several protocols are described in the literature varying from
culturing with autologous or AB+ serum to use of M-CSF. Can anyone suggest
me a method which yields pure (>90%) macrophages to be prepared from
maximum 30 ml of heparinized human blood?
