Hi there,

Could you, in response to Justin Fisbaugh´s recent posting put on the
following reply:

"We have been trying to induce apoptosis in our cryopreserved highly
purifed monocytes (Osnes et al	Thromb. Res., 76,pp373-83,1994) using
either dexamethasone or FAS(FAS-ligand) (varoius concentrations) added at
zero-time during our cultivation of Monocytes to Macrophages.	So far we
have had no success. J. Immunol 156,3469,1996 suggests FAS, and J. Immunol
163, 3485, 1999 suggests DEX, but we can´t make it work in our model.
Suggestions appreciated"
