Does anyone ultracentrifuge their labeled primary antibodies or MHC tetramers before use in cell surface staining? If so, can someone pass along what conditions you use (ie how many g's and for how long)? We have a desktop airfuge. I can't find a chart anywhere telling what size proteins pellet at what speed. If anyone has this info, I would greatly appreciate it.
