Hello, Does anyone have experience using LDS-751 for cell cycle analysis? I'm looking for a cell permeant dye that will detect DNA in live GFP positive or negative cells. We have a BD FACScan with a 488 argon laser, so I'm limited to what can be used with this laser. Thanks for any help.
