CD63

Dear flowers,
In our laboratory, we currently use CD11b to calculate the percentage of
activated neutrophils and CD63 to determinate the activation of basophils.
Recently I read some papers about the expression of CD63 by activated
neutrophils and so we tried to evaluate its expression also on human
neutrophils stimulated by fMLP.
The results were not so good (often it was'n expressed at all!!).
I hope that someone of you can help me.
