A more universal approach to fetal cell detection is with anti-HbF. This is available in an FDA cleared diagnostic kit from Caltag Labs (800-874-4007), who also are now distributing a stabilized control material with a 3-4 month stability to go with assays for FM. Silenus Labs is one source of an anti-D antibody. Bruce H.
