Hi every body,
I would like to know if it is ok to use a 48 hr old peripheral blood that
was collected in EDTA for lymphocyte subsets using the MultiTEST reagents
(using the CD45 vs SSC gating strategy). Currently we are rejecting such
specimens on the bases that EDTA is not a great anti-coagulant to test for
lymphocyte subsets in blood that is older than 24 hr. any comments or
recommendations are welcome.
