Diane, I have done lots of yeast. Since they are smaller cells I have to up the voltage on FL2 but they give a nice cycle. You will also get some 4N, 6N, etc. from the budding. My researchers have been happy with their data. They are able to see arrests and shifts of various treatments. If you have any questions feel free to email or call.
