Hello, Oh, You Wise (Wo)Men of the FlowLand: Can a FlowCytometer be used to measure pH changes caused by an enzyme in a (water) solution? I'd like to follow catalytic activity of carbonic anhydrase which induces a rapid (in seconds) drop in the water pH. Perhaps by monitoring beads conjugated to a pH-sensitive fluorescent dye? Your help is much appreciated, Snezna
