>Hi people!!!! > >Does anybody knows any protocol to sychronize T cells in order to measure >the cell cycle time? Mimosine (250 microM) will arrest T cells in G1. There are certainly a myriad of drugs that one could use, but I've found mimosine to have certain advantages; cells can remain arrested for several days without appreciabe loss in viability, and the arrest is reversible.
